Golden Pumpkin Spice Latte

With a chill in the air, nothing feels better than to stay indoors and to curl up on the couch with a blanket and warm drink.

Keep chilly nights cosy, with this delicious, warming golden pumpkin spice latte – perfect all winter long.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plant-based milk of your choice

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves dried spice mixed well)

  • Dash of sweetener (honey, maple syrup)

Preparation

  1. Warm plant-based milk and turmeric powder. Stir until combined.
  2. Mix in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener, if desired.
  3. Top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Sit back and savor.
