In this webinar, Dr Michelle Clark, ND will explore how differences in brain function and individual neurobiology can influence the way people experience health challenges, symptoms and everyday demands. She will discuss the importance of recognising these differences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, highlighting how a deeper understanding of the individual can help practitioners provide more personalised and supportive clinical care.

Bio – Dr Michelle Clark, Naturopath

Dr Michelle Clark is a doctorally trained clinician with more than 25 years of experience spanning primary care practice, health policy, industry innovation, and practitioner education. Licensed in the United States as a naturopathic physician — a four-year, doctoral-level medical qualification with full primary care scope — she brings a clinical toolkit that includes pharmaceutical and herbal prescribing, nutrition and intravenous therapies, functional and conventional diagnostics, and hands-on physical medicine from spinal manipulation to acupuncture. Her passion lies in functional genomics: translating a patient’s DNA into practical, personalised clinical strategy. This genetics-first approach shapes her clinical practice and her teaching, and has made her a sought-after presenter at conferences and practitioner events around the world.

Her influence reaches well beyond the consult room. Dr Clark spent over a decade on the board of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, successfully lobbying for state and federal licensure and scope expansion. She has advised US Senators and state licensing boards across multiple health disciplines, pioneered product development for major supplement brands, and developed curriculum for leading medical institutions. As Clinical Education Manager at FxMed, Dr Clark channels that depth into equipping practitioners across Australasia with cutting-edge resources and streamlined clinical processes, grounded in the realities of her own busy practice.
