You are entering the draw to win 1 Microbiome Labs Total Gut Restoration Starter Pack with the following terms:

• You will be added to FxMed’s email database and may receive communications from us in the future, from which you can unsubscribe to at any time.
• The winner will be chosen by random draw within one week of the ACNEM 2024 October event.
• The winner will be notified by email (using entry details) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond to FxMed within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and FxMed will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of responding to FxMed.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
