Marketing Admin Assistant  |  Napier  |  Full time, fixed term contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our marketing team, covering Maternity Leave from early April 2026 – end April 2027.

Reporting to our Marketing Executive (Design/Print media), this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised person who enjoys diversity in their job and either has some previous marketing experience or is looking to get into the world of marketing.

As well as a good eye for design/layout and good written language skills – spelling, grammar, etc, you would need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, work well under pressure, be organised, able to prioritise and thrive in a busy and energetic environment. In this role, we will support you to grow and learn more in the marketing field with future opportunities for job progression.

An eye for design and layout is desirable and previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop; InDesign) would also be advantageous, but training in this software will be given to the right person.
