Keep chilly nights cosy, with this delicious, warming golden pumpkin spice latte – perfect all winter long.
Ingredients
½ cup plant-based milk of your choice
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves dried spice mixed well)
Dash of sweetener (honey, maple syrup)
Preparation
- Warm plant-based milk and turmeric powder. Stir until combined.
- Mix in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener, if desired.
- Top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Sit back and savor.
