Are you ready for a revolution in nutritional prescribing?
The Nutrient Prescriber’s Program is a structured process for creating prescriptions that’s systematic, scientific and more likely to produce successful outcomes. You’ll gain a reliable and robust framework to answer key questions such as: Which form? How much? How often? And, for how long?
Through 10 transformative modules, this practice-changing program will provide you with answers to all those unanswered questions, as well as
- Uptake mechanisms and efficacy – in response to different influences from supplementation to inflammation
- Must-know aspects of micronutrient distribution – which tissues get top priority and how can different forms better fulfil those tissues who aren’t at the top!
metabolism – who are the micronutrients mates you need on board to ensure efficacy and safety &
elimination – situations of both increased losses and increased retention and risk - Understanding how micronutrients are differently regulated and being able to recognise what these regulatory signals are telling us about the patient’s requirements and how to respond to these
- Truly personalising the prescription – How to map what is most nutritionally meaningful about each patient
- Various supplement delivery systems – including a discussion of the pros, cons and place for hyperfunctionalised forms e.g. nanoparticles, liposomes, activated etc
- The power of prescribing beyond the product – leveraging timing of the doses with regulatory rhythms
Dive into the pharmacokinetics of micronutrients, their various uptake pathways in different scenarios, how they work in networks & how co-prescribing in the right ratios is essential for efficacy and safety, rather than as ‘single nutrient solutions’.
Are you ready to reexamine the science when it comes to nutritional prescribing?
With over a decade of mentoring practitioners, Rachel has recognised a need for an educational program that provides practitioners with more structure, more science, and therefore more certainty in navigating each individual prescription.
Twice monthly live sessions viewing the 10 Modules of the program (splitting Module 10 over 2 sessions) that encompasses both theoretical and applied learning, with Rachel available to answer your questions as they arise via the Zoom chatbox and live at the end of the session.
- Sessions are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 1.30pm NSW Time: February to July
2025 Will be the last year Group Mentoring will be offered in this format
